The four people you’ll actually talk to.

Frank is built by a small, reachable team in Concepción, Chile. When you book a demo you talk to one of us, not to a form that routes you to an SDR. Here are the names, the roles, and what a third party can check.

Name, role and face.

No long bios. What a buyer needs to know is who is in charge of what, and who to write to when it matters.

From Concepción, for three markets.

The team builds from Concepción, in Chile’s Biobío region. The product is made for Chile, Latin America and the United States from day one: the Spanish is native Latin American, and English runs in the same program, not as a translation.

What a third party can check

  • 2026

National champions of Red Bull Basement Chile.

    National final, Santiago.

  • Jun 2026

Top 40 in the world out of 140,000 entries.

Red Bull Basement world final, San Francisco.

  • Aug 2026

Finalists at the 7th Gear Challenge.

    Concepción.

Each of these came from an outside jury that had access to the team and the demo, and decided it was worth watching. How to check each one, with a photo and a date, is on Backed by, and the order they happened in is on Milestones.

Why it matters that we’re four.

When you buy B2B, the real question isn’t the price. It’s who answers when something breaks. A small, reachable team has three concrete consequences for the buyer.

You talk to whoever decides.
In the demo, in the rollout and in support, one of these four people is on the other side. There’s no sales layer between you and whoever builds the product, so a change of scope or a technical problem doesn’t pass through three inboxes before it lands.
What we promise is said by whoever will deliver it.
When we tell you when an integration will land, or what the analysis measures and what it doesn’t, it’s said by the person responsible for delivering it. What gets agreed in the demo is what later goes in writing.
You can find us.
A physical address in Hualpén, the company page on LinkedIn, and an email we read ourselves. It’s all on Contact.

Every claim on this page has a name, a date and a place behind it. If you want to confirm any point here, write to us and we’ll tell you who to ask.

Let’s talk, and let it be with a person.
