Law 21.719 comes into force on December 1, 2026. Until then, Law 19.628 applies, and this policy is written to comply with both. The terms of service are on the Terms page.

- Who is accountable
- Frank SpA (Chilean tax ID 78.511.362-4), Av. Cristóbal Colón 9646, Hualpén, Chile. Any question or request goes to contact@tryfrank.app.
- The audio
- Recorded only with your consent and kept for a maximum of 90 days. Then it is deleted. You can delete it sooner.
- The report
- Kept without the audio for as long as your account or your organization’s contract lasts.
- Who sees it
- Your report is yours. Your organization sees your progress against your own starting point and aggregate views of the team. Nobody listens to your session without you knowing.
- Decisions
- No automated decisions about people. No emotion inference for employment decisions. Frank describes, a person decides.
- Your rights
- Access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability. Exercised by email, answered within 30 days at most.
